Terry is a graduate of the University of Southern California where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree graduating Cum Laude, and a Juris Doctor in 1970. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1971 and started his law practice in Los Angeles. He currently specializes in the area of Insurance Defense, ERISA, Bad Faith, Life and Health Insurance, Disability Law, and Accident Law. Terry is licensed to practice before all of the California State courts including the California Supreme Court as well as the U.S. District Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. He is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, The American Bar Association, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
